Other Kafir (infidels) confess their disbelief and declare themselves non-Muslims and separate from Muslims, while the Qadiani deceive Muslims by covering up their infidel beliefs.
Muslims are allowed to mix with other non-Muslims and have necessary relationships and business to the extent necessary, but there is no such permission with Qadianis.
